A weekend to unwind and become present, with activities for your personal insights, inner awareness to assist you in living empowered, fulfilled and joyful personal and professional lives. We will be working with horses. No riding skills or horse handling skills will be required however, except perhaps a love and awe of these beautiful animals who reflect back so much to humans. Cost €800 to include all activities, handouts, all meals, and private room accommodation at Killadangan House. With just 8 guests our focus is to give you the time and space to SWITCH OFF in every way, unwind completely, and give your brain much needed time to rest - away from the exhaustion of living your life online.
Put down the phone and reclaim your peace of mind in the restorative atmosphere of our luxurious country house overlooking Clew Bay at the foot of Croagh Patrick. Sleep your best sleep in the sublimely comfortable beds and rich bed linen. Enjoy guided meditation, beach walks and healing saunas. Have conversations around the fire or allow yourself the treat of daytime reading with great coffee and scones!
We are also delighted to include a session of Eal (Equine Assisted Learning), offering you the chance to experience the calming and powerful effect of horses with the wonderful Mary Berkery (EAL facilitator and coach).
Meals are all included, and food is fresh, wholesome and local. You may bring your own wine for added relaxation!
